He has practiced all phases of residential valuation, relocation, retirement, waterfront, trustee & estate sales, vacation home sales, together with commercial investment analysis and exchanges. Dale earned his Oregon Real Estate License in 1980 and his Broker's license in 1986. During the 97 and 99 Oregon Legislative sessions, he did research on Oregon's land use and transportation laws and provide analysis for Legislators as to the economic impact of those laws. This research has given him a wide view of the pros and cons of living in various areas of the State. Dale has also played an active role in the Central Oregon Coast Board of Realtors as Government and Political Affairs Chair from 1999 to 2004, 2001 "Realtor of the Year", and State Director from 1999 to 2006.
