About Dale

Originally from the Northeast, Dale moved to Jacksonville to be closer to family after graduating from Union in 2006 majoring in Economics, Political Science and Buddhist Studies. He transitioned to hospitality in 2007, while pursuing house flipping during the mortgage crisis. Dale flipped several properties from Neptune Beach to Ortega, and learned everything from how to complete a gut renovation to executing finish work and design. Dale then entered real estate formally in 2013 to help in acquisition and selling costs for house flips. He worked primarily on his own deals to find perfect homes for his buyers, as well as discounting commissions to cover renovations costs or to make a deal happen.

While continuing real estate on the side, Dale took over ownership of a popular food truck that grew into a brick and mortar restaurant in Downtown Jacksonville. Dale personally oversaw renovation and design of the restaurant and met with a commercial broker downtown to learn introductory commercial real estate and the individual market downtown. Towards the end of his restaurant ownership, Dale started working as a dispositions manager for an investment firm, privately placing distressed properties and rentals to investors and flippers since fall of 2016.

Though Dale is not originally from Jacksonville, he has a passion to see it succeed. Dale has come to know, understand, and respect the communities and neighborhoods throughout the city and has invested and will always be an advocate for progress and growth in Downtown Jacksonville. From arts, culture and our growing food scene to our beautiful beaches and waterways, Jacksonville has all the elements for a high quality of life for any and everyone.
