Dalene Schultz is is a true professional when it comes to selling your home. She puts all of her energy into making sure you get the best coverage in selling your home. In a difficult market Dalene sold my home in less than 60 days and her efforts were greatly appreciated. I had a stroke and had to move North to assisted living and time was extremely important in selling my home. She really cares about her clients and is concerned about doing the very best in selling your home.

Through the years of buying and selling homes we've employed 10 realtors and Dalene is by far the best realtor. I heard of Dalene thru some good friends of mine here in Ocala Palms. They listed their home with her and needed so much done to get it ready within less than 2 weeks. I was over there and actually experienced what all she did to get their home ready to sell.
So, when it came time for me to sell a home, there was no question in my mind who I was going to call. Knowing what I was in for and what she’d done for others, she was the one to call. I had a MESS and no family to help. She stepped up, with such organizational skills that she relieved me of a horrible burden. Dalene listed and sold our home in 8 days with a full price cash offer. We were overwhelmed with all that was required to get our house ready to sell. We had tons of furniture, packed clothing closets & dressers, dishes, a full garage and so much more that needed to be rehomed or sold. Dalene helped us organize everything & set up multiple days of Estate Sales and garage sales, even selling on Facebook Marketplace until everything was gone. After that she helped clean and get the house ready to sell. She was kind, knowledgeable, very easy to work with and very helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone having had the experience we had with her. I could NOT have done this in the time we did it without her help. I’ve seen first hand what she did for a friend of mine and myself personally. You will not find a more helpful, kind, hard working and considerate realtor anywhere.
