I had to come back to update & let people know how amazing of a realtor this woman is. Dalila was amazing! She answered all of our questions, ALWAYS made herself available and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She was very thorough and detailed with everything that she did & fought hard for us while still leaving space for us to make our own decision. She's not afraid to tell you potential cons (which as a buyer you NEED) and she really does LOOK at the home with you. She remembers what I need and what I share in our conversations while getting to know me. I feel very lucky to have her as my real estate agent. She not only helped me find a home that matched my aesthetic, but she was also extremely patient and transparent throughout the process. She has great connections that supported me in securing a great finance rate. I am very happy with the purchasing process she handled everything smoothly and was always responsive whenever I had questions. We were referred to Dalila to navigate a difficult move. She met us where we were at; showed up to help with our yard sale early in the morning as we had no one to help us and were overwhelmed, she answered all of our questions no matter the time of day or if she was on vacation, and she provided quality referrals as we never know who to hire to ensure a professional experience.

Not only did she help us get our “mise en place”, she sent us lunch when I wasn’t feeling well and brought a bounty of delicious Burek, when the sale was final, to celebrate.

We had worked with others in the past who made a bunch of promises we who did not live up to the hype. Dalila was the first to not see us as just a transaction but value us as people and our time. Easiest experience ever! Dalila made the process of selling my house so streamlined and simple. 10/10 would recommend. She goes out of her way for clients.
