Dallas Cooper

Dallas Cooper serves as Vice President of Asset Management for Florida and Massachusetts.

Mr. Cooper holds asset management responsibilities within a blended portfolio of new development and value-add communities across his respective region. His primary responsibility is to maximize community performance and drive investment value by working with development, acquisitions, and property operations divisions to implement and execute on asset strategy.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Cooper served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Element National Management with responsibilities for a portfolio of approximately 12,000 homes across the Southeast, Midwest and Texas. Prior to joining Element National Management, Mr. Cooper was an Analyst at JPI Residential.

Mr. Cooper received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University.
