Dalys is the consummate professional. We have used her more than once with no regrets. Interestingly, we met Dalys when she was representing the sellers that we were buying from, and it was because of her thorough advocacy for her clients why we recruited her, as at that time, we wished that we had that advocacy from our agent.
It does not matter if we are buying or selling, Daly’s is our person.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a home about a year ago and Dalys was referred to us by a family friend!

Let’s just say that was the best decision we made!! She was very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING WE ASKED HER!! Being that we were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions she never made us wondered why we chose her for the job.

We met Dalys at an open house she was hosting and we loved her laid back and confident energy right away. She was very knowledgeable about the market and super helpful in guiding us through the process of buying a new home. She was prompt when we met her for tours of potential places, and very quick to get our offer in once we found a place that we loved. She worked over the weekend (& on Easter holiday) to get our offer accepted by the seller! Her friendly and calm demeanor was always appreciated, especially on signing day. Dalys Keith will always be my "Go To Realtor"!! Not only does she understand the realty market, she listens to your wants, needs and is always available to you as a client!!
Dalys and I looked for my perfect home for over 4 years! I wasn't in a hurry as I knew what I wanted. She never pressured me as other realtors had! When my dream home became available, she was on it and within no time, my present house was on the market and getting lots of serious interest. She arranged staging, suggested repairs, and had a plethora of movers, painters, etc. to prepare my home for sale! While selling my old home, she negotiated a great deal with the new place, which as a condo comes with a different set of bylaws, rules, HOA, and Board of Director processes that she had no issues with navigating!!!
