Damasis is a real estate professional with a core competency belief in integrity, professionalism, and efficiency. Damasis believes that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear communication, understanding and trust between client and agent. She establishes this kind of relationship by listening, paying attention to her clients' wants and wishes, and employing one of her strongest virtues: patience. Damasis has been helping customers in distress situations since 2007, when she became a member of the Relieve team as short sales listing agent. Damasis is a Carrington Real Estate Services short sales team member and also a Real Estate Certified Specialist, representing lenders as listing agent since 2008. She had been working with management companies as valuation agent (BPOs). When not busy with real estate, Damasis loves to be with her grandchildren, read, and play piano. She has lived in Miami for 25 years and has detailed knowledge of the local market.
