Damien was a pleasure to work with when selling our home. I've worked with numerous agents in my life. Damien is a true professional. I look for an agent to do the diligence on my home as if it is the only home that matters, be an expert at home marketing specifically for my home type, give me the hard facts, explain how and what can differentiate my home, protect / advise me on any actions that may put me at risk - legally or otherwise and get the very best price for my home. Selling a home can be emotional on the smallest things, but he thoughtfully approached every aspect of our home selling experience and believe it or not he answered the phone every time we called and coached us through the emotional times. He is an extraordinary proficient and does it all with a smile.

Damien is the only realtor that we will use going forward in our future selling/purchase of real estate. We were new to the area, he was very knowledgeable about the area and able to direct us to what we were looking for. His responsiveness is unmatched. He will respond within minutes, and at all hours of the day. He had first explained the process of buying a new construction townhome and was very honest and candid with answers to our questions, feedback and advice.

I would highly recommend him to anyone, as his service was extremely helpful in our search for our new construction home! I wouldn't use anyone else!

Damien helped us a buying agent for a family moving back from out of town. He was very available to show us homes on short notice kept the process going even when the pandemic hit. I appreciated his honesty and his eye for details when looking at existing homes. He was really great to work with. I would recommend him.

Given my job transfer situation, I needed a little extra time to make a decision, and he was willing to accommodate me. Without Damien I would not be in my new home.

My wife and I have bought and sold many homes and currently have two located in CA. During this process, I obtained my real-estate license and worked closely with many brokers and agents. When we decided to purchase a home for our son, still living in OH, I went in search of agents. I went through many - on-line until I found Damien and was impressed with his background and experience. I called him and explained the situation that we could only afford a bankruptcy or bank owned property and that he needed to work with our son there locally to find a property. There was also the stress that our son was renting a house going to Sheriff's sale. Damien quickly found us a number of properties and worked to allow Shannon to decide on what house was right for him - something many realtors don't do. Running the process completely remotely and looking to settle ASAP - Damien setup a 10 day close and worked to push the process - not easy as we found with a listing agent that works exclusively with bank owned properties and made it all seem easy. In less then a month we have a fantastic new home and our son couldn't be happier - along with my wife - which is almost more important! :) I would highly recommend Damien to anyone who needs a honest, efficient, effective agent for any situation. My fiancé and I both used Damien to buy homes this year. I bought a duplex and my fiancé bought a single family home. I could not be more pleased with the with the experience I had buying a home with Damien. We ran into a few bumps in the road with the seller, but I always felt Damien was putting up a very strong fight for what I wanted and never pressured me into anything I was not comfortable with. He is the guy you want in your corner when buying a home. My fiancé and I were both first time home buyers and Damien took as much time as we needed to understand the process and keep everything moving behind the scenes. I had tried a couple other realtors before meeting Damien and can honestly say there is no comparison in the experiences. Damien was just simply better and gave the personal experience I was looking for. One thing Damien said to me and my fiancé that has stuck with me is that he was not trying to just sell us a house. We worked with Damien recently to sell our house.You couldn't believe he sold our house in 1 day with the listed price . We had absolutely nothing to worry about and we felt so good after the transaction. Damien exceeded our expectations in his ability to market and sell our house quickly. He provided excellent direction on preparing and staging the house for sale. His internet and marketing approach, where he personally shot video, took pictures for editing and uploaded to the web was exceptional. He took full advantage of the web based marketing tools to position our house for sale. These results are impressive: photograph Monday, post Tuesday; show on Wednesday, sell Thursday! Our buyers specificially stated that the online posting of video and pictures of our home were key to their desire to view our home. This resulted in a sale less than 24 hours later.
