I was given Damien’s contact info over 2 and a half years ago just before COVID rolled into our lives. I was living on the other side of the country and trying to buy prior to my moved across country. The travel restrictions had me fully relying on Damien’s ability to communicate and he did not disappoint. I bought site un seen and could not have been happier with his service and support during such a unsure time.

Fast forward 2 years, it was time to move again and there was no question of who I would use to sell. He talked me through my options of renting and selling my home and I decided selling was the best option for me and my family. Damien is an exceptional real-estate agent who took the time out of busy schedule to help me find a rental due to my recent military PCS. He conducted several home walk throughs for my family and I via FaceTime and gave us the real truth on the quality of the homes we were interested in. Damien is very knowledgeable about the latest market trends and how to make a competitive offer (in a very competitive marketplace). He was able to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Damien made sure I was truly happy with each property and comfortable with all decisions on the offers that we placed. He was also very flexible and willing to go show me properties even when I requested at a moment's notice (which is sometimes all you have in this area). Ultimately, we were able to close on an awesome lofted condo located in the heart of DC, all for a very great price in this market!
