Buying a house is not an easy process. A lot of emotions are in play and it is so easy to stress out. Thankfully Damon was our realtor because he made the whole process a smooth transition. We literally looked at potential houses , he got us a appointment to view the house (always quickly) we said yay or nay and he did the rest of the work. We are so thankful for everything Damon did for us. We got our house and we are so in love.

Even with this tough market these days Damon went to bat for us, took multiple bids at times we would schedule viewings of homes we be willing to bid on day after day. He is professional and will be upfront with you of what to expect and knows how the industry works. Any advice he gives take it and run with it, next purchase if he is still in the industry would def seek his help.

It was great working with Damon though I didn't buy anything! What I could afford was not what I wanted though he tried. He listens to what you tell him you want and finds a good selection for you to look at. If I were to go looking again for a home I would definitely call Damon.

Damon was a great resource to help us buy our first home. He was honest with his thoughts and for what we wanted. He didn’t want us trapped in a “Money Pit” and helped us find the right one for us. He was responsive, professional and very friendly. He never pressured us and educated us in home buying. I would definitely use Damon again! Damon is an amazing realtor! We were overseas when shopping for our house and he provided us with many video tours at times that were convenient to us due to the time zone difference.
