About Damon

With over 20 years of experience in the Triangle Real Estate Market, I aim to help people find a home, make smart investments, and achieve their real estate goals. I have extensive experience with investment, resale, new construction, foreclosure, and short sale real estate transactions. My clients’ interests are my priority and I strive to provide a high quality, professional service so we can achieve the best possible results. My role as a real estate broker is to listen to my clients and develop a clear understanding of what they need and value. Through extensive education and preparation I eliminate the stress associated with the selling and purchasing of a new home. Client satisfaction is what defines a successful real estate transaction and it is my job to create opportunities to achieve that satisfaction.
I currently service all of Wake, Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties for buyers and sellers. Our office is located in the North Hills area of Raleigh and provides terrific access to the North Raleigh, Downtown Raleigh, West Raleigh, East Raleigh, Morrisville, Cary and Apex markets. I have enjoyed living in a variety of neighborhoods in Raleigh over the past ten years including Cameron Park, Avent-West, Mordecai, Brookhaven and Hayes Barton.
• Graduate from Appalachian State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Analysis
• Chairperson of the Mordecai Community Advisory Council; 2014 – 2017
• Member of the Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association, RRAR Property Management Council and am both a Fannie Mae/HomePath and HUD Registered Broker
