Damon Wofford

Hi! My name is Damon Wofford and I grew up in a family having more than 30 years experience in residential real estate, and have been immersed in the subject from a young age.
In 2006, I completed my degree in Business Management from the University of Mississippi before moving back to Jackson, MS to open up my first property management company. I have been fortunate to acquire management accounts from investors all over the US and abroad, and was able to grow my management business from the ground up through extensive marketing efforts and attending numerous seminars all over the country. I not only manage properties for others, but also maintain investment properties in the areas that I manage.

In 2011, in order to fill a need for my clients and expand my scope of business, I opened a Full Service Real Estate Brokerage, Damon Wofford Realty. My team and I work hard to provide the best personalized service to Landlords, Sellers, Buyers, and Tenants in the metro Jackson, MS area. We take each challenge head on, and meet them with a timely and befitting solution. I personally work with each of my clients to give them the attention and expertise needed to help with their real estate needs.

In Spring of 2022, My wife and I expanded our operations to the Gulf Coast of Alabama and the Florida Panhandle and opened up a full service real estate brokerage, Sull'Acqua Realty.

The Gulf Coast has long held a special place in our hearts. Spending family Easters at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear, AL, and summers on Perdido Key and 30A, we knew we’d want to spend as much of our adult lives as possible on the coast when not in Jackson, MS. In 2013 we found our little slice of paradise on Perdido Key, and have relished living the salt life ever since. For us, the laid back vibe of Perdido Key, our long-time love of the area, and its closer proximity to Jackson made it the perfect fit. The scenery, fishing, bike trails, boating, incredible restaurants, and live music scene are just a few of the highlights of Perdido, but we feel equally as passionate about the beauty and outdoor living opportunities of all of the coastal towns of Alabama and the Florida panhandle.
