We met Dan at an open house one day and immediately connected with him and his passion for helping first time home buyers. My husband and I were looking to buy, but not super active in the market. When a house on Zillow came up we loved, Dan got us into see it the same day. We decided to put in our offer and Dan was so helpful walking us through the contract step by step to do so. It was accepted and we closed in 30 days! Dan was super quick to respond to all questions and help every step of the way. Huge thanks to Dan! Highly recommend using him as your realtor!

My wife and I moved to Southern California (from New Jersey) fourteen years ago for a great job opportunity that I was fortunate to get. The company's corporate relocation services contracted with Dan Bonfiglio's real estate company at the time and Dan was assigned as our agent to help us find a new home. Our experience working with Dan was so great that we became close friends with him and his lovely wife and remain so to this day.

Among Dan's many strengths as a real estate professional (decades of experience, deep knowledge of the real estate market and the real estate business, are just some of them) is his incredible sensitivity and intuition in understanding very quickly what his client's needs and desires are and identifying a portfolio of properties that fit within not just his client's budget, but within what I call their "happiness profile."

Dan seemed to know exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a house, a community, a school district, a lifestyle, and helped us find the perfect place for us. In that process he got to know us so well that he knew just how far he could stretch us outside of our stated budget, but still comfortably within our means, when he found a house that he thought would be, as he puts it, "a home run."

We're still in the home that Dan helped us find fourteen years ago and we are so happy with it that we plan to stay there for all of our remaining years. I have to agree, it was truly a home run.

I can't recommend Dan enough. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, you should reach out to Dan Bonfiglio and don't look back. You'll be very happy that you did.

I met Dan in 2019 when I was looking for a real estate agent. After our meeting I decided to use Dan as the listing agent.
He came across as very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate business . I was new to selling my house and Dan walked me through every step and kept me in the loop through closing of escrow.
