Where do I begin!!! Dan made me feel like his number one priority at all times. If I had any question or concern, Dan always went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information he could possibly provide! As a first time home buyer I was unfamiliar with many things and Dan made a point to explain all topics to me in detail. He was always early to our appointments and professional in all aspects! He made himself available at all times during the day and night, and continues to be a great resource even after closing. I will, without question, utilize Dan’s service in the future and recommend the same for anybody in the market to buy/sell a property!!

When other just kinda over looked us Dan hopped int he trenches and helped us. My wife reach out to Dan on January 1st. From there he got to work. Setting us up with a loan agent. Showing houses. Answering our calls and text. Doing everything he could until we found a house. Then he did what he does best. Got us to settlement. Because of Dan my wife and I are homeowners! Truly the best in the business because he cares!!

Dan was awesome to work with! My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers so the whole process was stressful enough as is but of course we were house hunting during Covid which made things even harder. Dan listened to what we were looking for in a home and always made sure to stick to our criteria. Not only did he find the perfect house for us but he also made sure to answer all of our questions along the way (we had a million of them). From the very beginning to the day we closed on our house Dan was so wonderful and helpful. He made us feel like we were his top priority and he genuinely cared. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for an agent to work with!!!

Dan is the man!!!!! He was amazing with our first home purchase, very responsive and had our best interests in mind. The sellers and seller agent were horrible to deal with the whole time but dan fought for us and got us the results we wanted. Dan was an amazing realtor! He was there for us day and night whenever we had questions, even after we closed on the house. We started the house buying process right before COVID19 and Dan helped us through all the craziness that it caused from getting a new lender, to continuing house negotiations, to everything in between. Could not recommend him more highly!
