Our experience buying a house through Dan could not have been better. He is extremely knowledgeable not just about the processes involved in home transactions but also about house mechanics, structure, etc and honest about what you might be getting into when buying an older home. He also has a terrific personality which is a huge help when dealing with buyers and sellers with opposite interests.

Dan Contino was very personable and friendly and at the same time professional. The video and pictures taken of the house were high quality and very impressive. A year ago before we were officially ready to sell Dan came to our home and helped give advice on what we could do on improvements. When we were ready to sell we got a quote from another Realtor and then invited Dan back to get his quote. Both realtors were very reputable. Dan was confident he could sell our house at a higher marketable price. We chose Dan and were not disappointed. Thank you Dan for everything!
