Excellent͏ negotiator with a very personalized touch!

Dan is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He really cared about us and keeping our best interest in mind at all times. Outstanding͏ Professional
Dan is a top notch professional with extensive knowledge He went up and beyond what was required My condo needed lots of work It was being sold in as is condition He got me top dollar There was one item I had to make repairs to Dan connected me with Jim Anthony Construction to resolve the issue He responded and squeezed me into his very busy schedule to make the repairs so I could close in a timely manner Thank you so very much guys Great job
