Dan and Debbie Abel are superior realtors. We have dealt with many realtors in our last 30 years of dealing with properties. The Abel's were extremely conscientious and listened to our every question or concern attentively. We received solid guidance from them when we asked what we might do to improve the curb appeal and marketability of our property. In addition, the paperwork was expertly prepared with no errors. They hired a professional photographer which resulted is superb coverage both photo and video. I cried when I watched the video. It was that powerful. Hence, they sold this house within hours of it posting. Very impressive!!! Debbie was very aware of my emotional attachment to this specific property and handled that with great respect. After closing I was presented with a very thoughtful and beautiful realtors gift to remember "my special house". The Abel's completely won our trust.
