About Dan

As a highly regarded and recognized expert, Dan Dianda began working in real estate in 1976 and now has a proven record of 33 years of great success in the industry. Dan’s best year to date average has been closing at least one home per a week. This success may be attributed to his vast knowledge and experience in both mortgage lending and new home construction.
