Dan Dokovic

Dan Dokovic is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Bamboo Equity Partners, a Founder, Principal, and Chief Executive Officer of Artori Group, a Co-Founder and Principal of Intelica and Oakline Studio, and a Principal of Oakline Construction Group. His primary responsibilities include providing overall leadership and managing the efforts of the organizations. In addition to his management duties, Dan works on engagements across all companies including acquisitions, strategic planning, project development, portfolio optimization, and real estate technologies. With over 25 years of diverse experience, Dan has continually demonstrated a unique knack for navigating complex investment landscapes, steering his company towards unprecedented growth, and creating a fully integrated real estate group of companies.

Prior to Intelica, Dan specialized in Corporate Solutions providing outsourced corporate real estate services to Fortune 500 firms. He brings years of diverse experience in corporate and institutional asset management for organizations such as TA Realty, Edward Jones, Cognizant, and Sun Life Financial.

Dan is a recognized thought leader in his industry, frequently sharing his insights at major conferences and in publications such as Forbes Magazine. His leadership and achievements have been acknowledged with numerous awards including Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame, 40 Under 40, and Costar Power Broker, cementing his reputation as a key influencer in the real estate private equity sector.

Dan earned his BA from Westminister College and his MBA from Webster University. He also completed executive education with a focus on real estate from Harvard University.

Dan resides in Chesterfield with his wife and two children and is involved in various industry and charitable organizations, including YPO, NAIOP, and SIOR. He is a board member at Westminster College and CORFAC.
