Dan Friedner is an experienced managing director in Newmark Knight Frank's Minneapolis-St. Paul office, where he specializes in the purchase, sale and leasing of industrial, office, land and investment properties. He has completed transactions valued at more than $225 million over the last five years. Mr. Friedner represents landlords and tenants located within Minneapolis, St. Paul and the northern half of the Twin Cities.
As a 20-year industry veteran, Mr. Friedner provides hands-on advisory services to property owners, landlords and users of industrial, office, land and investment properties. His detailed market knowledge and extensive client experience allow him to provide real estate solutions for site search analysis and build-to-suit projects.
