Dan Gamache

He is a third-generation realtor, following in the remarkably successful footsteps of his father and his grandfather. His father started selling real estate in 1972 and his grandfather started selling in 1980. Collectively, they both sold real estate in the Tri-Valley for 60 years. As a child, he would follow them to open houses, and he consistently helped with marketing. He was born and raised in this business! He started selling real estate in 1998 and has been fortunate to learn from many fantastic agents. He loves picking up different perspectives and approaches and uses these to better help his clients with their real estate needs. He has decades of wisdom engrained in him; he has withstood and adapted to the changes in the real estate market; and he is prepared for anything. He has lived his entire life in Pleasanton and also graduated from Amador Valley High School. He brings newer technology to his marketing efforts, focusing on internet marketing, while also appreciate that traditional measures still work! He believes his techniques are the most efficient ways to effectively sell real estate in the Tri-Valley.
