I recently had a challenging property transaction with Dan, and although complicated behind the scenes (no fault of Dan nor either of the clients), it was seamless to my clients. That's exactly what you want from a broker. He didn't ever panic and exuded a sense of confidence that ultimately transitioned well to all the stakeholders. All I have to say is, if you want a professional broker, Dan is the guy!
