The entire team is wonderful to work with and makes the process (which can be stressful at times due to the nature of buying/selling/building a home) as smooth and exciting as possible. Even though it is stressful, there is comfort in knowing that you have experienced and friendly partners on your side, who are very responsive and informative with any questions you have. The team is extremely trustworthy and truly has their client's best interest in mind, which is sometimes hard to find! I am not sure when we will buy or sell again, but would highly recommend working with Dan, Michelle, Jeremy and the entire team for any real-estate needs.

When buying our home, we worked with Corey Kelly from the Dan Haeck Team.

Corey is everything we needed in a realtor and more! We were first time homebuyers who found the buying process very daunting but were referred to Corey by friends who had worked with him to purchase their home. Corey took the time to get to know us, find homes that fit what we were looking for, and answer our many many questions about the process. We genuinely felt as though he had our best interests in mind and it was truly a pleasure to work with him! Before contacting Corey, our biggest worry was not feeling like we knew enough about the process to the point where we might end up being taken advantage of or not making the best purchase for us. Corey really was the most invaluable part of making our experience go so smoothly and with so much less stress. What we most appreciated was that he really has a gift for taking information and explaining it so well to his clients in a way that makes everything seem manageable and made us feel empowered and at ease to make the largest purchase of our lives. It really felt like he had our back as a friend and as a professional with experience. We also appreciated that at every step in the process of buying our home he let us know what to expect and helped us discern what was a big deal and what wasn’t a big deal. On top of all of that, he is so professional and such a great communicator. Our emails, texts, and phone calls were answered so promptly every time we reached out to him with more questions. All in all, we truly have never had such a great experience working with someone professionally as we had working with Corey. During this process we found ourselves literally saying “what would we do without Corey?” daily. He sets the bar very high and we truly can’t recommend him enough. We are thankful for him with each passing day that we spend in our new home!

We reached out to Corey Kelly when we decided to move back to Pittsburgh from Fort Worth. He was responsive and efficient when it came to getting back to us and asking what we were looking for and our ideal timeline. We can't emphasize enough how EASY he made the home buying process for us. As first time home-buyers, we were unfamiliar with a lot and Corey explained the process in detail and gave us little 'tips' along the way to make sure we were on top of everything. He was great at negotiating and helped us feel confident we were making the right decision. He was so knowledgeable about the areas, school systems, potential 'red flags' when it came to homes, etc. We always felt like he had our backs. We stayed in touch all through closing and he continued follow-up to make sure we didn't have any questions throughout the closing process. With Corey as your realtor, you are truly in good hands. I may be partial here but this is the absolute best team you’ll ever work with. Dan and Michelle (aka mom and dad) made selling my house (and buying it a few years ago) so easy. They answered my 10,000 questions and explained everything so that I actually understood it, sometimes more than once, and I know that they do this for all of their clients, not just me. If I ever find myself moving back to Pittsburgh the only question of who I will choose to be my realtor is which member of The Dan Haeck Team will I choose because they are all amazing. We have both sold and bought a home with Corey Kelly on the Dan Haeck team and we can’t say enough good things about working with him. Corey was honest and up front about his thoughts on the price of our home and on how to make it look, and by relying on his expertise our house sold in one day. When it was time to buy, Corey listened to what we wanted and helped us find a beautiful place to live. He was instrumental in the negotiation piece of things and helped us to secure a great price as well as having the sellers take care of some repairs prior to us moving in. Any time we contacted Corey with a question or concern, he replied almost instantly and with a well-thought out, clear and concise reply. I can’t recommend the Haeck team enough! As first time buyers we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Corey was our realtor and he was phenomenal. We worked with Dan, Michelle, and Corey to find our new home in the fall of 2018 and spring/summer of 2019. We spent a lot of time with Corey looking for the house we felt we could see ourselves in for the long run. He was soooo patient and encouraged us along the way. My Brothers and I grew up with Dan Haeck in Pittsburgh. We moved away after high school. When my Brother passed away after a brief illness, I asked a Neighbor friend who they would recommend to sell his house. She recommended Corey Kelly and The Dan Haeck Team. I laughed as I had no idea that Dan was in the real estate business. I knew that was the right choice. This could have been a nightmare as we no longer lived in Pennsylvania and managing the sale of an older home from that distance is high risk. I must say Corey, Dan and Michelle did an outstanding job coordinating and managing the whole process ( and it was quite a process as the home needed a lot of repairs to pass inspection!). Not only did we sell it on the first day of listing but we got a pice quite a bit higher than what we asked. We closed within a month. This team is EXCELLENT! And HONEST! No funny business. Such a pleasure to work with such professionals! I highly recommend them for your real estate needs.

Corey (Kelly) worked with me for over three years, full-time for two, and in hindsight I wouldn’t have chosen another real estate agent to assist me even if I could have. He’s extremely knowledgeable, honest, and has the kind of sense of humor that you can’t help but love. Over three years we became friends throughout the entire time he was helping me search for a home. Going to look at a house didn’t seem like a chore because he made it fun all while knowing what he was talking about, and keeping in mind what I liked and didn’t like about the interior and exterior of houses. Dan, Michelle and Corey were a pleasure to work with! Very friendly and welcoming. My husband and I just bought our first house with them. Highly recommended. Dan and Michelle represented me as a buyer and did a first rate job. VERY responsive, you can call after hours and Dan or Michelle will answer their cell phones. This helped me a lot as I was three time zones away. They want you to get the right house at the right price and do not encourage overpaying just to nail a commission. They are very service oriented, market savvy and help with collateral things such as getting utilities witched, letting in movers etc. In a word, they are true professionals.
