Dan Hill

Dan Hill is the Vice President and Director of Real Estate of Peters Development. A licensed North Carolina attorney and real estate broker, Dan is uniquely equipped to handle all matters involving the acquisition and disposition of commercial property. Dan has over two decades of real estate experience within the legal and commercial brokerage communities. Prior to joining Peters Development, he worked in Winston-Salem as an attorney at the law firm of Robinson & Lawing, LLP, where he assisted property owners and investors in contract negotiations and disputes. Following his time at Robinson & Lawing, Dan worked as a commercial real estate broker at Linville Team Partners, focusing on investment sales. A native of the Piedmont Triad, Dan holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law, a Masters in Tax Accounting from UNC-Charlotte and a BA in Accounting from Furman University. Dan is a licensed real estate broker in NC and SC and is licensed to practice law in NC.
