Dan Joehnk

Dan, a retired Navy Senior Chief, has many years of experience in land planning, property management, home inspections, general contracting, and program management. Four years ago, Dan decided to bring those expert skills to the real estate world. He believes it all starts with the proper preparation of the buyer or seller and then the proper preparation of the property. He and his wife, Sandy, raised their sons here on the Kitsap Peninsula. They love to walk along the waterfront on Bay Street and enjoy the beautiful view of the bay from their condo. Dan takes what he knows and then each week adds to his knowledge so that he can become a leader in client service.
