Dan helped us buy our new house and was awesome! While looking at different properties, Dan was honest and did not try to sugar coat properties just to get a sale. Dan was attentive to our wants, requirements, and concerns. He walked with us through the whole process and worked with with both our mortgage company and the realtor selling our other house in another state to solve problems and schedule a same day closing on the sale of our old property and purchase of our new property. I highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy or sell a house and personally will use him in the future if we ever decide to move again.
