After several weeks of trying to find a new home In Florida, Cathy and I were lucky enough to find the Larson Agency and in particular, agent Lisa Wiles. We did not want to purchase a home without first being able to walk through it. But the housing market was tightening and homes that we really liked were slipping away before we could even get information. That’s when we decided to trust a different approach.
Through Realtor.com we found a ReMax agency, the Larson Group and they put us in touch with Lisa Wiles. We talked with Lisa over the phone and described the amenities we wanted in a Florida home.
What I really liked about Lisa was that she took the time to listen to us. Within an hour she had several houses for us to preview and they all met our criteria. Within a little over a week, Lisa helped us find our new home and we couldn’t be happier. It has all of the amenities that we had described to Lisa.
We had already sold our Colorado home before we began to even look for another. We knew that we needed a quick closing. Lisa arranged for us to close in 30 days.
Lisa kept in regular communication with us .throughout the entire process. She was quick to write offers and act on our wishes. She took us on virtual tours of houses and face timed us so that we could see and react in real time. Whenever we needed, she got us phone numbers for things like utilities, lawn, maintenance, cleaners, electricians etc. She even took the time to represent us at our home inspection and was there at closing.
I never felt that we were going through this process alone. Though we weren’t in Florida she was there the entire time advocating for us. She arranged every detail to make the transition as easy for us as it could be
I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dan is an incredible agent and I am very lucky I found him. His extensive knowledge of the real estate market in North Port was very helpful. Even though there isn't much inventory he still found us a great deal on a house.. Dan was extremely responsive through out the entire process and even referred us to his mortgage broker. The customer service was outstanding and we would highly recommend Dan as a realtor.

Dan was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Dan was open, honest and professional throughout our property purchase. He went beyond and above in helping us with the property inspection. Being new to the area, Dan was very informative on all the amenities that the area and surrounding community had to offer. Purchasing a new home in an unfamiliar town is stressful, but Dan made this transition less stressful. Dan gave us helpful hints and suggestions to get our new home up and running. When we got to Venice to meet Dan he had all the perspective places printed out and a very efficient plan to see 15 homes in one day. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and allowed us to view each home without any pressure. At the time we met with Dan he had just lost an uncle who he was very close with and the funeral was that day and he still found time to work with us before the funeral. The next day we had three more places to look at and he took time away from his family at such a personal time to help us out. We would highly recommend Dan Larson to anyone looking in the area for a home
