I highly recommend Dan. We walked into his office cold while on vacation and just now in a position to buy property in Pacific Grove where I have wanted to live for over 25 years. His listening skills and organization were very impressive; his showings matched our price range and priorities and were backed up with maps and flyers and gave us a clear picture of what matches our goals. I hope to buy in Pacific Grove with Dan's help. P.S. I checked 5 stars on negotiation skills, although this usually would be rated after a sale...his comments on the price/time/sellers indicated that he would be skilled at this. We just walked in off the street, and Dan showed he is a very resourceful and responsive realtor by listening well to our needs and rounding up more than a dozen properties that met our criteria (while we were at lunch).
