I am so thankful for Dan and how effortless he made the process of buying my house! I was concerned in this market, as a buyer, but Dan was truly amazing. He was readily available show me homes, even letting me know as soon as newly listed ones came on the market. This was key, being one of the first to see newly listed homes so we were able to put in an offer immediately. Dan’s knowledge and experience of the market and the process took the stress off me AND allowed me to present an offer that was quickly accepted. He was so patient with my endless questions! If you are looking for an agent with extensive knowledge, willing to go all out for you, and make a stressful process tremendously easy, Dan is definitely the one to call!!

When I needed a realtor to sell my home and put me into something downsized, my family recommented Dan McIntosh as he had helped others and they were extremely pleased with his service and handeling.
Dan was professional and took his time to explain the littiest detail.
My husband had recently passed away and this was the first time I was manuvering through selling/purchasing a home. As Dan walked through my home he made suggestions on what I needed to do to make my home sell. He made me feel comfortable so that I could trust that he would find me just what I needed in my new home as I went forward with my life.
As I said Dan not only helped me sell my home but he helped me through the purchase of my condo. I have recommened him to friends who are looking to move and will continue to put his name out to others.
It's also a plus that Dan is easy on the eyes!

We hired Dan to help us sell our home in Pottstown. We tried two other realtors over the years and because of the area, were never able to sell. We even had one realtor quote us a quote over 25K less than what we eventually listed for. Not only did we sell in three days, we got over 10K over asking! The hard part was finding a new home in this very competitive market. Dan negotiated and used his knowledge of this market to get us into our dream home.
