Dan Morrar

Dan Morrar serves as President of Peak Facility Partners. Dan works with educational institutions, nonprofits, other occupiers and property owners across the Western United States. Throughout his professional career, Dan has assisted his clients in site selection, lease and purchase negotiations, entitlements, financing, development services, site planning, and construction management.

With a background in real estate development, Dan understands the whole picture; from site selection and financing to sales and occupancy. Dan brought this perspective to InSite EFS in 2010, and since then has continued to create strategic solutions for his clients. Dan’s vast background in commercial real estate has led him to complete more education-related real estate transactions than any other real estate broker in California since 2012.

When Dan is not in the office, he enjoys surfing, swimming and spending time with his family outdoors.
