As a child and young teen growing up in New England, Dan O'Brian spent many of his summers and weekends with his father doing home renovations, as well as, clearing lots and building homes from the ground up... This is where his love for real estate began. After a successful career as an independent business analyst and trouble shooter Dan decided to combine his acquired life and professional skills in order to become a top producing full-time Realtor with over $15M in sales under his belt. In addition to helping his retail customers sell their property, or find that "perfect" new home, Dan works extensively with real estate investors and often brings newly updated homes to market.

After more than 8 years of practice as a full-time top-producing agent, I understand that my success is directly linked to my commitment to providing professional, drama-free advice to my clients. Through more than 500 hours of RE education, I've stayed one step ahead of the competition in technology, marketing techniques, negotiating skills and investment analysis.
