I decided to buy a condo in Scottsdale in late October. Dan Olivas had come highly recommended, and after speaking with him, I felt he was confident we’d find something I’d like. In our first discussion, I gave Dan a list of parameters (the usual: price, location, rooms), as well as a few special considerations to accommodate my physical limitations.
Within a day, Dan had compiled a list of 10 locations, all meeting my criteria, with a couple listings demonstrating what to expect just above and below my stated parameters for comparison. He was able to begin showing me the listings immediately. His selection was so spot on, I found my condo in our very first day of looking. It had every feature I was hoping for, in the neighborhood I most wanted, and I wasn’t forced to compromise on any features. Even after choosing my condo, Dan continued to send me listings throughout the negotiations just in case the deal fell through or I found something I liked better.

Dan is exceptionally well-connected in the realty business, and had fantastic recommendations for mortgage brokers, inspectors, and anybody else I needed to keep the process running quickly and painlessly. He maintained exceptional communication during negotiations, making sure I understood exactly what was occurring at each step. I can say with confidence that Dan is uncommonly conscientious and has his clients’ best interests in mind throughout.

This was my first home buying experience, and Dan took all the trepidation and guesswork out of the process. If having a first-rate realtor is a priority for you, you cant do better that Dan Olivas.
