A proud Brevard County resident since 1980, Dan specializes in historic homes and waterfront properties in Cocoa and Rockledge, particularly along Indian River Dr. and Rockledge Dr. His office is located in the heart of Historic Cocoa Village.
Dan holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida (1999), giving him a strong background in land development, site plan review, and permitting. This expertise, combined with his deep knowledge of the real estate market, makes him an exceptional asset to his clients.
His qualifications include a Florida Broker License (2004), Graduate Realtor Institute (2005), and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (2006). Dan has also served on the Grievance Committee of the Space Coast Association of Realtors (2018, 2020) and as Grievance Committee Chair (2019).

Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys spending time with his family. His wife, Amy, is a Speech Language Pathologist at Jefferson Middle School and Edgewood Junior & Senior High School. Their sons, Roman and Zachary, attend the University of Florida, while their daughter Ava, is a student athlete in Cross Country at the University of Central Florida. Dan and his family attend Calvary Chapel Merritt Island, and he is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers.
