Dan Richards

Dan is a Northwest native, having growing up in Sequim before moving to Seattle to attend Seattle Pacific University. He worked in property management after college for several years before switching to sales. Since that time, he’s guided 100’s of clients through the perilous and rewarding journey of buying and selling homes. Along the way, adventures have been shared and friendships formed. When not at work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, coaching basketball and writing books for children. Dan works 100% by referral.
