Dan has been a licensed agent since 2001. Several years in the energy business designing systems and selling products to help save money, improve performance, and add convenience to homes, have laid a good foundation for Real Estate. This background has been invaluable to Dan’s clients, both sellers and buyers. Pre-listing inspections and buyers' pre-inspections have saved his clients time and money as they move toward decision-making.

Dan’s secret weapon in Real Estate is his wife, Elsie. They have been married for over 35 years and have three grown boys. Elsie's talents and skill set are a wonderful balance to his. She has an eye for style and was staging listings before she was licensed or took the classes for her ASP (Accredited Staging Professional). She has an incredible memory, remembering details of homes she had seen years before. She loves to show homes and truly cares for their client's best outcomes.

Dan’s other career as a transportation consultant (ok, car salesman) had him negotiating more transactions in a week than the average real estate agent does in a year. Multiply that over nearly 10 years, and he ventures to guess that he has negotiated millions of dollars worth of deals than all but very few high-end Realtors, and he maintained a very high customer satisfaction rating in the process.

Dan loves this business. Homeownership is the foundation of wealth building in America. He takes great satisfaction from seeing a client do well, make good decisions and prosper personally and financially.
