His Buyers and Sellers include first-time, experienced, savvy Investors, Builders, Banks, FDIC, those newly inspired to flip properties, and Buyers relocating to this incredible Seattle area he gets to call home. He leverages his familiarity and understanding of the intricacies of the different markets to fine tune strategies and navigate the landmines for each individual client. Dan strives to be a one-stop-shop, partnering with his clients to successfully buy and sell condos, entry level homes, high-end luxury properties, vacation properties, income producing, new construction, vacant land, short sales, foreclosures and everything in-between.

His team includes his wife Liz who is also a full time Broker. They both cover all aspects of Buying and Selling – complimenting one another's skills and talents and extending our availability, insight and knowledge. They are also privileged to have a great office staff to help assist their clients – along with a wide range of vendors and trades that have been invaluable in helping serve their clients.
