Dan Watenpool

Dan Watenpool, owner of Watenpool Appraisal Services, has been in the real industry since 1997, and is a PA State Certified General Appraiser. Dan has completed many appraisals on complex, multi-use residential, commercial and industrial properties. These include municipal property acquisitions, condemnation, acquisition and development and ad valorem tax appeals, as well as several large projects for various Urban Redevelopment Authorities. Mr. Watenpool also has experience providing expert witness testimony on many of these types of appraisals. Although not active in selling residential or commercial real estate, Dan maintains a Real Estate Sales License within Pennsylvania. He also has been an active market participant as a partner in a real estate development company.
