Dan Yeilding

Dan started doing sales and property management at Century O.M.A. at 242 Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente, which is now the current site of the San Clemente Library. He obtained his Real Estate Brokers license in 1979 and became a partner and Manager of the Century 21 O.M.A. site on Avenida Del Mar. The office moved after the city used eminent domain to take over the 242 site to build the library. In August of 2016 Century 21 O.M.A. joined forces with Century 21 Award to become their 15th office in Southern California.

The majority of Dan's business is in San Clemente. Dan has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate including residential homes and residential income property, as well as commercial sales and leases (click here to view Dan’s Commercial Property website). Knowing the properties, history, zoning, prior and future uses, rental income, and values makes Dan a valuable partner with his clients when buying or selling real estate.
