Dan Yeilding

Dan “DJ” Yeilding is a partner in the Yeilding Team and is a California licensed real estate broker who began his career in real estate 2003. Over his career Dan has completed over $500,000,000 in transaction volume comprised of over three million square feet of real estate transactions. His experience ranges from property marketing, lease negotiations, to property sales and ground up development and has represented investors, users as well as tenants and landlords. Prior to joining the Yeilding Team he had a 15-year career for the world’s largest commercial real estate firm CBRE, Inc.

Dan was born in San Clemente Hospital, is a San Clemente High School graduate and has been a lifelong resident other than his time spent earing his degree in economic geography, specializing in spatial and urban development, and competing as a member of the NCAA national champion Bruin water polo team at University of California at Los Angeles.

Dan takes a consultative approach to brokerage seeing a transaction through his clients’ eyes and with their best interest at heart, holding a proven track record of meeting and exceeding both his client’s expectations and goals. He utilizes his experience, relationships, and in-depth local market knowledge to provide cost effective and time efficient solutions to his clients’ real estate needs.

In addition to serving his client’s needs in a brokerage capacity, DJ is a principal in C21 OMA Property Management where he helps his clients maintain quality assets and grow cash flow.
