Dan has assisted home sellers and buyers with the successful close of 300+ residential real estate transactions in the past decade. Proficient and comfortable working with clients across the entire price spectrum - from entry level to luxury - his experience includes marketing and selling condos, townhomes, single family homes, and estate properties into the $20+ million range. Resourceful, diligent, and caring, Dan offers his clients a partnership founded on trust and commitment to exceptional service, supported by extensive negotiating and marketing experience. Dan has a strong command of the Peninsula real estate market. His keen awareness of the nuances of the local markets is enhanced by being a Palo Alto native and long time resident of Palo Alto and Menlo Park.
Prior to Real Estate, Dan enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources, Operations and Corporate Development at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Failure Analysis Associates (now Exponent), and two highly-touted technology start-ups. Dan holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
