We worked with Dana for over a year to find our perfect home. We had a long list of wants and only wanted a select few neighborhoods. She was extremely patient and upbeat in this unprecedented housing market. We finally found THE house (it literally checked ALL the boxes) and Dana was able to win it for us with multiple other offers on the table. She coached us on making a competitive offer that we still felt was within our budget. She was a powerful negotiator and stayed on top of communication with the sellers agent.

Not only did she get us our dream home, she sold our previous home for well over asking and within hours of it being on the market. Dana also helped us seamlessly navigate the process of selling and buying simultaneously. Overall Dana is a wonderful, personable realtor that I would highly recommend!

As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions throughout the process and Jennifer Stevenson was there every step of the way with valuable information, insight and reassurance. Dana made our dream home a reality! Dana listened to us and knew exactly what we wanted. Dana has been extremely patient with us in helping us find our home. She showed us many houses and she always used to say "Let's go see the house!". And when we finally found our home, it wasn't easy, but Dana made it happen! Our new home had multiple offers, a back-up offer, tough negotiations during due diligence - Dana was with us all the way, and she won it for us! Her recommendations for inspectors, law offices, lenders were top notch! Rob Brown was AMAZING. We are first-time home buyers and met him at another open house and instantly felt a comfort level with him. He was helpful without being pushy and was full of useful information that we hadn't even thought of. We found our perfect home pretty much right after we met with him and Rob supported us through everything from inspection and appraisals to finding our lender and homeowners insurance. We even found our handyman through him! Rob's extensive network of vendors and experience in the business allowed the whole buying process to be fun, painless, and very smooth. Everything went without a glitch and Rob was always available to answer our (many) questions in a very timely manner. It's safe to say that we wouldn't be in our new house right now without Rob and we are so grateful to have had him as our realtor. We could not recommend Rob enough for your buying needs!

My realtor was Jennifer Stevenson and she is a PHENOMENAL REALTOR! I would recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a new home or looking to sell theirs. As a first-time home buyer, Jenn worked walked me through every step of this process always providing me with all of the information I needed. I trusted her implicitly in this process, and she did not disappoint. She was always responsive and timely in her email, text, and phone correspondence. She was at all times patient, supportive, and impartial. But she also always had answers and recommendations for me when I asked for them. She worked hard to help me look at homes that had all of the things that I wanted in a home, and very quickly found a DREAM HOME! I cannot say enough good things about Dana Ben. She listens, advises, and has the knowledge to help guide you through one of the most challenging times - selling a home.
The first day I met her I could tell she was a go-getter with a no-nonsense attitude. She asked me about what I loved about my home and my neighborhood, and shared the things she noticed. After it was listed (I had already moved to my new home) she set me up to receive notifications every time someone visited, and to receive feedback afterwards. It was so reassuring to know when my house was being shown! I helped me feel as if I was a part of the process. Additionally she tapped into a big network of realtors, getting my house in front of many potential buyers through an "always open" arrangement.
Dana had excellent resources. I used her to find a floor refinisher, a roofer, and someone to do a deep clean before the first open house. Her advice was sensible and realistic. She never asked me to do more "sprucing up" than I expected or could afford. My house looked terrific for every potential buyer.
I had a few little challenges in selling my house - one buyer who backed out the final week, another who negotiated for ten days and then decided the commute was too far, but Dana kept me informed and truly helped keep my spirits up. A few weeks later I received two offers, and Dana helped me navigate those waters, and worked with me to get all the paperwork signed and delivered on time for the closing.
Throughout it all, Dana was just a phone call or a text away. There were many times when I would have a question over the weekend, or after normal working hours, and Dana was quick to answer. Her team is just as efficient.
Having watched a friend sell his house at the same time as I was selling mine gave me a deeper appreciation for the high quality customer service provided by Dana. While he never knew who was visiting his house, or when there were showings, or what feedback was being received, Dana kept me fully informed every step of the way. She made a time that can feel "out of control" much more enjoyable and engaging. You will be happy when you work with Dana Ben to sell your house.

Rob and Dana are first class. Great representation for the homebuyer in our experience. Very personable and easy to work with. This is a great Group and I would Highly recommend them to anyone buying a house. Rob was always a text, email, or phone call away. He is always at least 5 minutes early and and will go to bat for the customer. They made the usual stressful nature of buying a house simple.
