Dana is the best! I will recommend him to anyone and everyone I know who is looking to buy or sell their home! He goes above and beyond and works non-stop to make you feel like you are his only client. Besides, what other awesome realtor could have gotten my very first offer on my first house accepted in this crazy market? Probably not too many. Thank you for everything Dana, hopefully it's a long time before we work together again but when the time comes there's no one else I'll call!

Dana helped me sell my house in July, 2020, and the process could not have been smoother given the circumstances of the pandemic. Dana knows what's on the list, knows when items need to be checked off the list, and he knows how to diplomatically communicate with each person in the process of the sale and purchase. My husband and I met Dana at an open house he was hosting at condos on Dean Pkwy in Minneapolis. We were just beginning our search for a condo. Dana was very knowledgeable in the neighborhood of our apartment and in both general and specific market conditions. Importantly, he worked exceptionally hard at frequent Open Houses, being there and directing traffic to them. We got a fair price and could not have asked for better representation.
