About Dana

A power player in the Washington, DC real estate scene since 2004, this is more than a business to Dana. It is her mission to help her clients make educated decisions as they make one of the biggest investments of their lives. Dana's unique ability to market and to utilize her savvy sales techniques are just some of the skills that leave her clients smiling and raving. Dana provides her clients a full market analysis allowing them to maximize the potential of their return, provide professional advice for staging their home, and a marketing package that will assure them the information on their property is reaching the appropriate clientele.

For nearly a decade, Dana led the developer sales efforts in the luxury new condominium market in the Washington, DC area. In total, she has sold nearly one billion dollars in high-end real estate sales and written over 600 contracts. As the real estate market shifted and development slowed down for a brief period, Dana began to work directly with buyers and sellers and enjoyed the flexibility and the fact that she could take charge of her own business. This was extremely timely as she and her husband started their family and Dana began volunteering in their children's classrooms and eventually becoming an active Board member of their school's PTA.

Prior to real estate, Dana worked with a leading technology public relations agency where she managed the overall direction and implementation of programs to increase visibility on numerous client accounts. Prior to public relations, she was a fundraiser and campaign developer at various organizations, including Advocates for Youth and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where she executed major donor programs.

Dana was born in Bombay, India and is an alum of Virginia Tech. She lives in Bethesda with her husband and four children. She is an avid runner, avid reader, and amateur gardener. Dana and her family enjoy running in local races, giving back to the community, including volunteering in shelters, and they love vacationing at the beach.
