Jeremy and Dana Cudd (Team Cudd), husband and wife Real Estate Team, own their Brokerage, Property Executives Realty, the fastest growing real estate company in Western Wisconsin.

Jeremy is a life-long resident of River Falls and has run a highly successful and reputable Real Estate business in Western Wisconsin for over 20 years.
Dana spent most of her prior career in Education, and after nearly 20 years as an educator, they decided it was time to join forces, and focus solely on their real estate business. Dana obtained her Real Estate license in 2015, and since, they have worked as a team. They are licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Jeremy and Dana, along with their three children, Jada, Ryder, and Liliana, believe in the importance of family and community. As local business leaders, they make it a priority to give back, to help their community’s families in need.

They served on a board of individuals to raise money to build a community park in River Falls, while donating over $10,000 to contribute to the building costs of the park. Tri-Angels Park was built, with community support, in memory of three young girls whose lives were taken early. The handicap accessible park allows all children the opportunity to experience family fun, close to home. They also volunteer with River Valley Charities, helping to raise funds for the local Backpack program. The goal is to ensure that children, living within the St. Croix River Valley, do not go hungry. Every weekend, a backpack of non-perishable, family friendly food, and food vouchers are sent home with identified students in their local school districts. Dana is also a board member of the River Falls Sunshine Fund Committee, pairing with student leaders to generate funds and identify others within their community who are experiencing hardship from death, illness, or unexpected family emergencies, causing emotional and financial strain. Giving back to their community is a priority for them.

Their goal as real estate professionals are to meet their client’s needs, from first-time home buyers to clients looking to purchase their executive dream home.
