My need to sell my house came early - I needed to move out to have some work done in less than a month. Dana was with me the whole time, calming my panic attacks and reassuring me that everything would work out. She went over and above with some of the things on my to-do list she helped me with - things most agents would probably hesitate to do.

I had the opportunity to work with Dana on two separate occasions. I would almost
call it a blessing because she helped me find my house that I had the pleasure of
enjoying for 16 years. And then she was there to help me sell it when I was ready to
move on. Throughout the buying and selling process she was to educate me and
give me invaluable advice when purchasing and when I sold my house that I use to
this day. If a person is lucky enough to have Dana Elam as a realtor know that you
are in good hands!

Dana was truly the best realtor I have ever worked with! My husband and I and our two small children recently relocated to Northern Virginia and Dana’s knowledge, insight, and understanding of our needs was all super helpful in calming our relocation jitters. She is personable, has sharp and impressive realtor sense and was ever ready to answer any of our questions.
