We had a wonderful experience working with The Dana Green Team for the recent purchase of our home in Moraga. We worked with Wendy Means, Lauren Woolsey and several others during the process. The whole group is wonderful to work with, they went above and beyond to help us make the right decisions, guide us through the confusing process, and support us through the emotional rollercoaster that is home buying! Wendy took the time (while she was on vacation) to give us thoughtful advice about whether or not we should put an offer in on one home, giving us gentle advice and helping us make the right decision. Dana Green and her team are simply amazing. Dana & her team (specifically Andi Brown) helped us sell our Orinda home in 8 days, for 12% over our asking price with multiple offers. One might assume that we got lucky with a good offer in this hot real estate market. With Dana & Andi at the helm – there was no luck involved – each step of the sale was closely choreographed and planned down to the last detail. In addition to knowing exactly how to prepare and market our home, Dana and Andi understand the intangible things that go with selling a home, both from potential buyers and us, the seller. The entire home sale process was done with a level of professionalism, expertise, and ethics that I haven’t seen in many other real estate agents. Dana’s experience in real estate really shined when we ran into some irregular circumstances in our transaction – I doubt that a less experienced agent would have been able to navigate the laws & regulations as deftly as she did. To give you an example of how detail-oriented & conscientious they are – while we were waiting to do our final walk-through with the buyers (the house was 1 day from being officially sold), Andi casually went to the front lawn and picked a few random weeds from the grass just so the house would show in the best possible light. Just imagine that type of care and detail applied to each step of the sales process – that’s what you get with this team. We worked specifically with Dana, Andi, Todd, Sarah, Laura and Kelly and we can’t recommend them highly enough – we’re now lifetime clients.

Dana knows the real estate market in Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda better than anyone I know. I would not buy or sell in the Lamorinda without calling her first.
