Dana K. Francis

Brokers Dana K Francis and Michael Billings make up the Billings Team and combined they have more than 50 years of experience in real estate. Before working in real estate, Michael was an elementary school teacher and Dana was a dental hygienist. After years of watching her husband’s passion and love for real estate, Dana decided to join him in 2005.

Dana and Michael both love helping people achieve their goals of homeownership, and they spend a lot of time educating their clients to help them make informed decisions. During every transaction their client’s best interests are always at the forefront of their minds! The Billings Team is based in the John L. Scott Redmond office, and they primarily focus on residential, multi-family and land sales on the Eastside including in Sammamish, Kirkland and Redmond.

Michael and Dana both bring something to the table in every transaction. Michael has experience paired with integrity and determination to get the results that his clients desire. Dana is very detail-oriented and enjoys tapping into her creative side, whether it’s designing a beautiful online presence for her listings or staging a home. Dana is an Accredited Staging Professional, and this expertise brings additional value to their listings.

In their free time, Dana and Michael like to travel and spend time outdoors with their dogs. They are both exercise enthusiasts.
