Dana Kervin is dedicated to enhancing the process of buying and selling homes. She brings incredible value to her clients in always being at the forefront of the changes in policy that affect homeowners throughout Houston and Texas, and helps advise to these policy impacts.

Dana gained her knowledge of local government operations and the political process through her twelve years of public service in the Harris County Attorney’s Office. During that time, she was elected to serve as a Precinct Chair and served a four-year term.

Her advocacy for issues, candidates, and causes brings her into the realm of many high-powered and influential individuals.

Through her leadership and work with HAR members and the Houston Housing and Community Development Department staff, the National Association of REALTORS® and the U.S. Conference of Mayors named Houston a 2009 Ambassador City for its Houston HOPE Homes program, an initiative to reinvest in some of Houston’s historic neighborhoods with housing development and infrastructure improvements. This recognition for outstanding performance by HAR included a $5,000 check presented to the Houston Mayor Bill White.

Dana’s service includes mayoral appointments to the Houston Housing Finance Corporation and the Women’s Commission.

Dana’s professional recognition includes being named one of Houston’s 50 Most Influential Women of 2011 by Houston Woman Magazine. She was honored by the Women’s Council of REALTORS® for raising political contributions for the TREPAC. She was named a Woman of Excellence by the Federation of Houston Professional Women. The Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce recognized Dana as a “Woman in the Driver's Seat of Real Estate”. She is a graduate of the Leadership Texas Class of 2001.
