Dana Nelson

I have lived in the Cincinnati area for over 50 years. I currently live in Loveland with my husband and our white lab Ghost. I have two children, Olivia who is graduating college and Hayden who is currently a student, both attending Miami University. In my free time I enjoy taking walks with my friends or Ghost, snow skiing in my favorite place, Whitefish Montana and lake time at my families home on Lake Geneva, WI.

I started my career shortly after college doing mortgage origination for a local brokerage. I quickly pivoted to selling real estate about a year later. I have been helping people buy and sell homes for over 24 years.

What I love most about selling real estate is that no two transactions are ever the same. There are always new challenges, obstacles, and approaches in this business. I love the friendships I make with clients while helping them navigate the process! There are many reasons why people buy and sell homes. While many transactions are exciting, fun and full of joy, some can also be intense and emotional and I am empathic to what is the best approach. It is my privilege to help my clients, and It is my goal to exceed their expectations every single time!
