Dana Perkins

Dana has obtained her Florida State broker license which requires 72 additional hours of education plus 60 hours post license. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist, a Sotheby's Concierge Auctions Preferred Agent, and a Ninja Institute graduate. Dana is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Women's Council of REALTORS®, and the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®. Dana served as the 2021 and 2022 treasurer for the Women's Council of REALTORS® Naples-on-the-Gulf and as the 2023 first vice president of this highly distinguished group of successful REALTORS®. Originally from New York, Dana's family relocated to Florida in 1973. Dana has been a full-time Naples resident since 1999. She earned a BS in advertising from the University of Florida and prior to her career in real estate, was a high-level marketing executive. As a REALTOR® with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Dana combines her more than 20 years of hands-on marketing experience with informative and strategic in-house custom marketing plans. Being skilled at communication, along with an understanding of what the Sotheby's International Realty® brand brings to the table, is the key to Dana's success.

Dana is focused on success and brings enthusiasm and optimism to each transaction. Outside of the office, Dana enjoys Pilates, pickleball, yoga, cooking, and exploring the amazing county parks and coastline. Dana's son attends The University of South Florida in Tampa. One of Dana's fondest memories of living a blessed life in Naples was meeting Prince Albert of Monaco in 1999 and spending the day on a yacht in the Gulf of Mexico, then topping off the evening with dinner at Pazzo! Cucina Italiana with the prince.
